Will your car turn up? – Yes. Your private hire taxi turns up on time, every time. Our system sends you a Booking Confirmation, and you’ll receive an SMS to confirm that your chauffeur is en route. We can arrange your travel to or from anywhere in the UK for you, your work colleagues, or your family.
You can track your chauffeur and will be given their phone number. We cater for Business Travel, and Personal Travel – all in our luxury executive cars.
If your private hire taxi journey was booked by someone else (e.g. a Personal Assistant/Booker), then the SMS/email can be sent to them as well as to the passenger, or instead of the passenger.
Business and Personal Travel
Each car is cleaned before each journey. Each chauffeur will be wearing a business suit, shirt and tie. For your business travel, you are free to work on your latest board room presentation, or catch up on your emails whilst we cut through the traffic for you.
Please let us know if you have luggage – so we can offer you the most appropriate vehicle. Selecting a smaller vehicle based on price will not accommodate large luggage. Bottled water is available in our private hire cars. For newspapers, please ask us in advance.
Car parking at the airport
Drop off/Pick up charges at the airport will be added to your bill. These costs are beyond our control.
We track all flights and will be at the airport as your flight lands. The time taken to collect your luggage and come through passport control can vary from a few minutes to an hour.
Punctuality
The car will aim to be at the pickup point 10 minutes in advance.
We use What3Words to pinpoint the exact location (to within 3 meters) if there are any specific directions for the address. E.g. “please come to the annex”

Licensed and Insured
All our vehicles and chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured and will have documents available to view.
Several of our chauffeurs have also gained membership of the prestigious Guild of Professional Chauffeurs.
Contact with your chauffeur
Once your Chauffeur is en-route, you can call them. You will receive updates with a photo of your chauffeur, the selected vehicle, and instructions on where to meet them.
The chauffeur will also have a phone number that will connect directly with you (using clever technology called masking – where we use a virtual number that diverts to your mobile phone, to keep your number private.)

Payment
Business/Corporate/Executive journeys can be invoiced to your company, or paid by card in advance.
Personal travel must be paid for in advance.
We have payment options on our booking platform, or alternatively, please call our bookings team on +441978253815 who can take card payments over the phone.
We offer 100% refund if your journey needs to be cancelled due to covid restrictions, if you cancel with more than 48hours notice.
